Darth Vader Headband

A friend of mine made the poor decision to strike a deal with me and this was the result. I told him I had the urge make him bunny ears, he said if I made them, he'd wear them. And so I did. He looked so darn adorable wearing them at Pirate Fest Las Vegas. They are a little top heavy because of the felt underneath the fabric. I used a dark blue headband (need to buy thicker ones), shaped the ears with metal wiring, applied felt on the skeleton and then applied the Darth Vader fabric and white fabric to make them look like actual bunny ears. He got to keep the ears, and he's taken several selfies of himself on Instagram showing them off. He won't admit it, but he likes them. Mwhaha. Success!
